There aren’t many details yet, but former UH kicker Kyle Bullard has passed away.
during Bullard’s final year at Houston he appeared in four games as the kicker for Houston in 2015 ... ended his career ranked eighth on the UH career field goals chart.

Houston quarterback Clayton Tune has been named Birmingham Bowl game MVP.

After watching this game does anyone feel like Clayton Tune should be replaced.

The guard will have season ending surgery on his left foot. Sasser announced the news via Instagram.

3-star Defensive End Nadame Tucker is all in with Houston! Tucker will be coming from Hutchinson Community College, Tucker announced his decision moments ago via Twitter.

North Richland Hills WR CJ Nelson originally committed to SMU but flipped to Houston. One of the reasons Nelson chose Houston was due to the majority of Nelson's family being in Houston.
However, I do think it's safe to say the coaching staff change at SMU had a lot to do with this player changing his mind.

For the sixth time in his career and fifth time this season, Houston Football cornerback Marcus Jones has been recognized with a weekly American Athletic Conference honor.



Jones, a senior from Enterprise, Alabama, has been named The American’s Defensive Player of the Week following his standout performance in Houston’s 31-13 win against Memphis over the weekend, the league office announced Monday.



Jones became the first FBS player this season and the second player in American Athletic Conference history to record two-plus interceptions and three-plus pass breakups in a game. The Paul Hornung Award Finalist contributed six tackles, recorded two picks and three passes defended as Houston registered its 10th consecutive victory.

Does anyone think Coach Sampson can pick up any more players in the top 100 rankings?

I also spoke with 4-star Mikal Harrison-Pilot who will be attending the game tonight, he told me this will not be an official visit he's just going to watch. Pilot's father played for Houston as a linebacker from 2005 to 2008, Pilot would be a good prospect to keep an eye on.

Due to the lightning, Houston's game is still delayed, kickoff was supposed to resume at 3:20 but the weather still doesn't look too good. Houston athletics hasn't released information on whether the game will resume or be canceled at this time.

Houston’s Oct. 30 game against SMU at TDECU Stadium has been set for a 6 p.m. CT kickoff, The American Athletic Conference announced Monday.



The game can be seen on ESPN2 or ESPNU with network designation to be decided following Oct. 23 matchups. The contest be heard on KPRC 950 AM with the pregame show hosted by Matt Thomas airing one hour prior to kickoff. Fans can also listen to the game through the Varsity Network.

On October 23rd, Houston will face ECU at TDECU Stadium at 3 p.m. CT kickoff, The American Athletic Conference announced Monday. The Cougars are facing the Pirates for the first time since 2018, which Houston has won two consecutive and three of the last four in the series. The game will be aired on ESPNU.
