Just looking at the OL, I see a glaring problem.
RT: Sr backed by Fr.

That's an awful lot of youth on the OL. The OL should be starting seniors and juniors; the more seniors the better. The thing is, we just don't have many of them on our roster, much less starting. One of the two seniors starting is kind of dinged (Ny'Ty) and never able to reach his true potential. The good thing about sophs and frosh is that they will become seniors and juniors some day.
