There are 10 teams max that will have a shot at a NY6 bid: the participants in the five conference title games. Here's a look at the divisional races for teams with a chance (using the premise that no 3-loss team will be selected by the committee) with my rankings for each division.

AAC East: UCF (0 losses) then USF (0) or Cincy (0).
AAC West: Houston (1) or bust. Everyone else has 3+ losses.

MWC Mountain: Utah St (1) then Boise (2)
MWC West: SD St (1) then Fresno (1) then Hawaii (2)

MAC East: Buffalo (1) or bust. Everyone else has 3+ losses
MAC West: Western Mich (2) or bust. Everyone else has 3+ losses

CUSA East: FIU (2) then Marshall (2).
CUSA West: UAB (1) then North Texas (1) then La Tech (2)

SB East: App St (1) then Ga Southern (1) then Troy (2)
SB West: Busted. Everyone with at least 3 losses.
