UH just put out a RFQ for architects to design a renovation of a 10,000 sq foot student study area of the Athletics Alumni Center.
Design to start September 2017. Construction to start April 2018. Substantial completion by July 2019. Final completion by August 2019. So this is a 2-year project?
The construction cost limit is $500,000. Add professional fees and contingencies, and the whole project is close to $1M.
