I saw a 188 charge on my AMEX today from UH and started freaking out. I called and was told it was for Super Regional tickets from June.
I thought those had been already charged, but sure enough I combed through my statements and it had not. Thought that was sorta funny. Am I a little annoyed at an unexpected 200 dollar expense this month? Yeah, maybe. But it's fair, I guess. UH hadn't been paid.
Now before someone calls me dumb and immature with money, in my defense, I did not look closely at my statements in June due to the super duper long lists of stuff purchased for our July wedding. I just accepted that it was a bajillion dollars and paid it.
