Note: Schematic design is 100% complete, and the final design will be finished on October 10, 2016 (two months). So we finally have a good idea how it will look.

I love the outer look.

Appears there will be a premium entry on ground level leading to a Sideline Club that serves what looks to be 100% premium seating on one sideline, with a club (and suites/loge boxes?) halfway up the seating bowl and more seats on top of the club.

In concept, this is similar to the Pedersen Events Center at Pitt:

There is also a separate Courtside Club on ground level for courtside patrons. A "bunker club," as it were.

I notice that Volleyball will also get their offices on the ground floor. There are also visitors lockers, a media room, and a men's & women's basketball suite on the ground floor.

Most will climb the stairs to enter the arena on the main concourse. There are two entrances on this level (like now). The difference is that we've taken out the round concession areas and these will now serve as lobbies.

Major concessions will now be located in the opposite corners, where the H Association and Legends Room/former coaching suite now occupy. "Fan zones" are located near these concession areas. I don't see a dedicated area for the H Association in the diagrams.

I'm not sure where the scoreboards are located, unless they are at the top middle of each "end zone."

The seating bowl looks like a combination of sqaured seating along the sidelines, and curved seating in the "end zones." It also looks like a combination of elevations.

As a result of leaving the curved bowl in the "end zones," the baseline seating is not as close to the court as it would have been with a more traditional octogon shape (see below for UT-Arlington's seating chart). Perhaps the budget would not allow a full reconfiguration of the seating bowl, and we are leaving the current end zone bowls intact?
