This may have been covered before I joined the forum, but I'm curious about concessions at TDECU. Does Aramark pay UH a flat fee every year for the right to operate and then they keep all the revenue generated from each game? Or, does UH get a cut of the revenue generated at each game? I spent $60 on beer at the Tech game, and AncientCoog73 spent another $60. That adds up very fast. Who gets it?
