No a couple things to assume:
Kyle Allen will seek greener pastures, that's 1 extra ship, giving us 83 total and still under 25 man limit.
If you're asking me, grab the best OL and best CB we can get our hands on. I've read we are focused on Henry and Keys both WR though. Take it for what you will.
