Lets get behind Herman and see what happens. I am looking forward to OSU's season being over so Herman can devote his full time to UH. I hope he can flip a few good recruits. Who knows what will happen with Gibbs he would be a loss but he isn't irreplacable. There are worse DCs out there so if he goes hopefully CTH or someone on his staff has good insight to a DC.
