Negatives, Dickey, Levine, that womens basketball coach.
Dickey to me is the biggest head scratcher, wtf hire I can ever recall. Of course it is said that Mack wanted Billy Clyde like 99% of the posters, myself included. Of course that would have been a disaster too.
Levine, convinced Mack that continuity was key, is a very likable guy. He was to be a CEO coach. In the end he is still a likeable decent guy. But not figuring out who he was gonna bring in to run the offense was a huge red flag. As nice a guy as Tony is he never was able to hire anyone to deliver on his continuity promise. Seems like that should have been addressed prior to signing him up.
