ECU travel in the fall questions.

I figure many in this group have made the trek for a football roadie before. We just started talking about going to this game. Most of my crew would come from Houston, I would come from LAX. I've heard of the legendary difficulties of getting to Greenville, NC.

Is our group better off flying non-stop in to Raleigh/Durham, and renting a car for the 90 minute drive, or just taking a 1 stop flight?

Also, any opinions on staying in Raleigh/Durham vs. Greenville for a two day trip?
