Water flowed into the construction area via the new "premium" entry at ground level. This could cost millions to clean up not to mention weeks of construction delay.
In a construction site like this, I believe the contractor actually takes ownership and control of the property. So if precautions could have prevented this, it's on the contractor, not the school.
