Fertitta Center looks wet inside.

I was looking at the construction web cameras of the Fertitta center and it looks wet inside. The Holman street entrance is open at ground level and it appears water has entered the building from the inside camera. I hope this isn't a big deal and doesn't affect the finish date. I am aware of several construction site that were flooded and suffered no delays that weren't covered in the contingency built into schedules.
