I just received mine. There are two rankings. The first is 22/1,121. The second is specific to the section I have purchased. It is 20/21. I must have missed earlier emails explaining what these numbers mean. My earlier rank was 21/719, which I assumed meant that 719 had pledged, and I was ranked 21 of the 719. The 20/21 may mean that 21 have pledged in my section, and I pick second to last. But what does the first number mean? I suppose it means that 1,121 have pledged, and of all those who have pledged, I pick 22nd. But since I have pledged only for a specific section, only the second ranking is really relevant.
