Acknowledge some think it’s not the most reliable source, but what I found interesting is many college programs seem to be capable of identifying and moving on new hiring needs and NOT waiting for the convention
Why is it we are told (seems annually) that we cannot make hires until the convention.
Why are other programs able to acquire the coarching talent they need but we're relegated to waiting for this convention to ostensibly secure ours.
Is it the fact that our recent hires, aside from Herman, simply do have not had strong coarching networks?
Just seems perplexing
