Houston offered 2019 Newton RB Darwin Barlow this morning. Haven't quite been able to hook him up with a ranking yet, but he's certainly a high three-star/fringe four-star talent at this point. He was a key player in Newton's state championship run this past season and I'll be looking to see more from him this spring at a couple of events.
