This one means so much to this season, and it has me concerned. We'll likely get Cincy's very best shot at their place. But if we win, we're odds-on favorites for the Cotton Bowl, even if we lost to Louisville. Even if we somehow were to be passed up by the Big 12, how do we not land on our feet if we're going to a NY6 bowl every year and getting off-the-chart ratings in the #8 media market? I don't see any really tough conference games left after this one. Navy's QB is out for the season, Memphis doesn't look that tough, and then we have Tulane, UCONN, SMU (QB also out), UCF, and Tulsa. Obviously we'd have to win the championship game, but if we had homefield advantage I'd feel good about beating any of USF, UC, or ECU. If we did go 13-0, who knows? Might depend on the records and schedules of the P5 champions. If, say, the PAC 12 and Big 12 champ have two losses, and I could see that happening, I think we'd have a pretty decent shot at the CFP.
