I am disgusted with CTW'S lack of coaching base running! The kids in Little League run the bases smarter than UH. Sure, in Little League they are not allowed to lead off but when the ball crosses home plate and/or is hit they can then run. But they know NOT to run when there is a line drive hit UNTIL IT CLEARS THE INFIELD! How many time Cougar Nation have we seen in the past CTW years numerous unnecessary double plays due to ignorant base running? I am effing tired of it and CTW needs to be called out on it. Last night's game was a perfect example and poor base running cost us again. Senior Smoke did not deserve to lose that game. (While we are at it CTW why would you want a pouting Julks in the lineup? You moved a weak arm to SS (Scheiner) which costs us a run yesterday. Hollis has played sparkling SS and not done badly at the plate. Anyway, one problem at a time.) Please weigh in on the base running problem Cougar Nation. GO COOGS!!!!!!!
