Can we all imagine what it would have been like this season if CTH would have taken a pay raise at UH to stay and had a 7-4 record in 2017 ? There were rumors that Tillman had offered him $4-5M to stay or some large amount close to that. I'd suggest CTH was and is not that good a coach. He has one outstanding season using CTL's players and the world went crazy over him. He's an average coach with a solid marketing flare that includes some dramatic elements that make people stop and pay attention. He's more of a façade. I'm more optimistic about CMA although I hate that damn dive play worse than anyone. I think CMA will learn on the job and be a solid coach for us long term.
