Seems to be lots of similarities . In both cases there were rumors of a certain candidate that was already in discussions for the job from the get go in Sampson and Herman. Seems we had preliminary discussions about the job with these individuals before the job was actually "open". In both cases it "appears" we had/have our man and it takes a week or so to negotiate contract details and other specifics like staff budgets and recruiting resources. Just seems similar to me and how MR/RK have upped the urgency of our job openings in 2014.
