Not sure if I should be posting this request here, but since I'd like to give my business to a fellow Coog I figured this is probably the best place vs. an open forum. I've been contemplating this for a few years already, but am finally prepared to pull the trigger this summer. I currently reside out west in Silicon Valley (by Stanford University in Northern California), but am interested in buying a 2nd home in Houston so that I can really make a commitment to attending Cougar Football and Basketball games moving forward.
Not looking for a house or anything fancy, but more of a "no fuss, lock and leave" mid-rise/high-rise condo inside the 610 Loop. Specifically, I'd be looking in the West U / River Oaks / Montrose areas where it's easy access to restaurants, stores, and shops when we're in town. If anyone here is a real estate agent (or would like to recommend one) focused in the condo market inside the loop, I would appreciate a note to my inbox. Thanks!
