Yeah, he limits media access to practices. So do most other coaches.
But when I listen to post-game or weekly press conferences, they are largely dominated by Q/A between Applewhite and Duarte. And as far as I can tell, the dialog is professional and cordial. Friendly even. Once I even saw them both chuckling together over one of Duarte's questions.
