Yes, it is from Greg Flugaur/BTM. It has to do with Fox Sports President Mark Silverman rumored to acquire the 3rd Tier Rights of OU 3 years prior to Big 12 GOR finishing in 2025. He is saying that Silverman will attempt to build a runway for OU to seamlessly cross over from whatever 3T platform they choose to have from July 1st 2022 to June 30th, 2025 onto joining the Big Ten Conference on July 1st 2025 and it's Big Ten Network. This is the goal.
