I honestly havent been at my computer...and there is plenty to read on this past game but I wanted to knock out my thoughts...
We were outcoached and outplayed in the 2nd half of the game...
Outplayed in the sense that they were find holes in the middle of our defense and Ferguson was able to allude pressure and find open men...
Outcoached in that we pooched kick because we dont have a kicker who can put it in the back of the endzone...this pooch kick led to a 5 play easy drive in which they marched down the field...
Outcoached in that we tried for a fake punt instead of just lining up and going for it...
No matter what else happens, those two plays/choices stick with me the most. Eats at the gut.
Run Birden more, then he doesnt make the full game...
I am not off the CMA train because in reality we are not going to see him gone...
And finally, I am VERY FRUSTRATED with Kyle Allen...he is always 40 yards from CMA when the team is on offense. He shows ZERO emotion as to what is happening and has ZERO desire to dab up his teammates or celebrate in successes.
If the kid really wanted to play I have a feeling he wouldnt be 40 yards away just listening to the play call...
