Now, video replay is allowed across the NCAA along with coaches challenges. The fake to 3rd/throw to 1st play will be a balk. No more blocking the base without a ball. And IBBs will be immediate - no need to throw 4 pitches.

The SEC has had video replay the last couple years and it's slowed the game too much, in my opinion. Most of the other decisions will help speed play, though. The NCAA punted on the 20 second pitch count again.
