We are going to struggle to score 300 points this year. We scored 466 last year and 566 the year before.

We are 86th in scoring offense. UCF is 1st and averages twice as many points.

D'Eriq King got 7 touches against Tulsa while Catalon got 25. Catalon has never proven he can average more than 3.6 yards per carry. He averaged 3.0 yesterday. King averaged 16.3 yards per catch - only guy on the team over 10 ypc.

Meanwhile, Birden gets less than half of Catalon's touches (11) and nets more yards. Birden has not been stopped for a loss this year. And he lost all of 2 yards last year. He averages over 5 ypc in his career.

Car didn't get a carry. 3rd time this year (and had 1 carry in Tech game). Major has spoken - he sees Car as nothing but a mop up guy.

We have averaged 2.28 points in the 3rd quarter since Major took over - just 16 3Q points in 7 games. Halftime maladjustments.

We've been outscored 84-44 in the second halves this year and 112-44 in Major's 7 games. 14 of those points were desperation against Tech.

Tulsa ran it 53 times and we had just 3 TFL. 1 sack in 18 drop backs.

Tulsa was 10/18 on 3rd/4th down. They were 7/9 in the second half.

We ran 17 more plays than Tulsa - 88 total - our highest of the year.

Tulsa ran 30 plays in the first half then 25 in the 3rd quarter.

Tulsa ran for 288 yards - 237 of it in the second half.

Before yesterday, Tulsa gave up an average of 348 yards on the ground. We ran for 146 yards.

Before yesterday, Tulsa gave up 261 yards in the air. We threw for 128 yards.

Before yesterday, Tulsa gave up 44 points a game. We scored 17.

Our ball control offense has won TOP battle twice: Tulsa and Rice -- the 2 worst teams we've played. Our ball control offense has run exactly 1 more play than our opponents for the season.

We are -1 in turnovers for the year.

In 4 games away from home under Major, we've scored 10, 19, 20, and 17. And under 19 ppg in road games in 2017.

Good news is we are still top 5 in completion percentage! Of course the other top 5 teams average 42.3 ppg - 17 points a game more than us.

I'm still waiting for us to put something on film.
