Not exactly a marquee matchup on the gridiron to draw in a lot of big names, but the Cougars are still drawing in plenty of talent for unofficial visits this weekend.

Bentley is a talented three-star athlete that recently picked up an offer from Houston. He's currently committed to SMU, but it looks like the interest is mutual. Bentley plays quarterback for C.E. King but projects as an offensive skill player at the next level.
The big name expected to be in this weekend belongs to 2020 four-star prospect Bryson Washington also of C.E. King high school. Washington holds an offer from Houston and features a star studded cast of offers from other programs as well. Among those are Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Texas to name a few. Getting this prospect on campus early could go a long way in helping Houston go toe-to-toe with some of the bluebloods of college football.
Fatheree is an interesting prospect for Houston. He's a future stud for the class of 2021 and holds offers from Houston in both football and basketball. Also has offers from Alabama, Baylor, Boston College, BYU, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio State, Oklahoma, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.
The three-star Baylor commitment is making the trip over from Beaumont to check out the Houston campu. The 6-foot-4, 198-pound safety is currently committed to Baylor. He also holds offers from Houston, Louisiana-Monroe and Texas A&M.
Wilson doesn't yet hold an offer from UH, but is a name to watch for the future. He holds offers from Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana-Monroe, Toledo and UTSA to name a handful.
Caples is a talented 2020 prospect worth monitoring. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Lancaster product is still waiting on the green light from Houston but does hold offers from Boston College, Bowling Green, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana Tech, Morgan State and Syracuse.
Childress is a Rivals.com three-star athlete for the class of 2020. Currently he holds just two offers from Louisville and Memphis.
Jones is a 2020 WR from Houston (TX) St. Piuz X. His lone offer at the moment is from Boston College.
