This article is interesting to me, because it seems to portray Art as a victim of sorts because he is not allowed to "clear his name" in interviews or court testimony without violating the terms of his buyout from Baylor. But Art took millions of dollars of buy-out money from Baylor and agreed to those terms. He could have turned down the buy-out and been free to say whatever he wanted to whomever he wanted.
