A good friend knows I'm a BBQ/Grilling fanatic, so for Christmas he gave me a Salt Block. Any one on here have/use one? I've looked up some stuff on YouTube, but it's always good to get a variety of input/info. Thawing out a couple of Ribeyes to test cook.
