OT: Jim Allison finally gets his Nobel Prize

He is a researcher at MD Anderson who discovered checkpoint inhibitors which is the mechanism cancer cells use to evade the immune system. Anytime you hear about immuno-oncology or cancer immunotherapy, it is all based on his original work.

This has been expected to happen for at least the past 5 years and today is a good day for the city of Houston.
