3* from Manvel class of 2016 and redshirted last year. Texas Top 100 in 2016.
If he did, he'd have to burn his RS soph year and then could play in 2019 as a RS junior.
I was really hoping we could land Keys but damn that would be a 5th WR this cycle...
Anyone got some insights?
