We have had a tough time in the past keeping local talent in town. We have been at the near the top of list for Gray and Oliver. We also have had a hard time getting the talent from Lamar, Manvel, North Shore, Katy, etc. I've tried searching the net about Herman and Applewhite about who they've recruited and had little luck.
Does anyone know if these guys are considered good recruiters? I've seen post that the HS coaches like these guys, so I assume this will get them some open doors, but can they close the deal?
