This could happen at least according to the TCU AD Jeremiah Donati. AND......he says that there are no guarantees that TCU will remain in the Big 12 when it happens. Hmmmm.
TCU has begun a stadium expansion which is supposed to be completed by 2019. They are adding a club level which will increase Amon G Carter stadium to 46k.
TV contracts are due to expire in 2023 for the Pac 12 and the Big 10. So realignment could happen as early as then.
