I was at the game in person and just finished watching a recorded replay. A few observations:
Our offense was fine through the end of the 3rd quarter. The play calling was varied, aggressive and wide open. There were some issues with execution - many dropped passes, poor blocking by WRs, etc. The reverse was a nice call. There was another attempt at having King pass from a backwards pass, but poor blocking blew it up.
Our offense changed dramatically during the fourth quarter. I don't know what caused the change.
Our defense played well in the first half, but we didn't seem to adjust to Temple's halftime adjustments for the running game. I do think that our numerous injuries on defense took their toll. We also dropped some easy interceptions.
In all, the replay wasn't nearly as bad as my initial impression.
