Was headed back from Tampa when the game was on . I tried to watch on all access but all that was on was the Houston radio show PXP. So along with using Gametracker I tuned into the game at the airport and logged into the Den .
During the first half a lot of the commentary was negative about our defense esp .The announcers were saying we were out of position etc etc . The Commentary and comments only began significantly to change in the 3 rd quarter .
When we got home I watched the game on CBSSN . Jim Nance did a cameo in the booth with his long time ago broadcast partner - Randy Cross. The commentary from the CBSSN booth could not have been so different ; it was like a parallel universe . “Houston is answering” ; “this is what they need to do “; “but for a few busted assignments Cougars would be leading “. They are most likely going to make some good halftime adjustments etc etc . “Cougar fans sure do travel well”
So in this parallel Universe - 77realcougarfan gives shout outs for great preparation and game calling to CMA and CMD ; way to step up on all three sides of the ball to win ; kudos to our S&C coach for having our guys in the shape they needed to play all 4 qtrs. The only part of this parallel universe that 77 has the same view as in the other universe is I still tout CKB’s praises. Maybe some more of us Denziens who have not visited this alternative / parallel Universe might should try it ?
