Welcome to the word on the street. I do this every season in an attempt to correctly map out the end result of the next UH game before it is played. I have been mostly successful riding the coattails of a very good ball club but have laid a few eggs.

So thanks for coming along and looking forward to another highly successful UH season. Here goes. First, last year's results matter. Many of the players from UH's 9-4 season return. Arizona had a 3-9 record last year and 83 of the 120 man roster are freshmen or sophomores. There are 48 of their players in their first year with the Arizona program. To say Arizona is young plus inexperienced is an understatement. The other players that have been in the program are just not very good. (3-9) These cats may be good in a year or two but not today. However, take a look at their kicker today. He is something special. He got 9 of 10 kickoffs into the end zone for a touchback. That is impressive.

UH wins this game against Arizona and here is why. The UH offense will find success especially on third down most of the game and especially in the red zone. Arizona's defense could not get off the field last year on third downs over half the time. Look for their defense to get tired in the later quarters. Arizona's defense is also porous in the Red Zone letting opponents score almost 80% of the time last year. So look for UH to score once it gets there.

The UH defense will control the Arizona offense most of the game with Arizona able to find a little success running the football. However, UH wins the turnover margin with Arizona putting the ball on the carpet and UH taking it away.

I see the final score being a 10-14 point difference for UH.
