Ticket Question - Help Needed

Any help would be appreciated.

My brother ordered tickets 6 days ago and has yet to receive them. He was driving up tonight, but he is unsure of what to do. He ordered them online and the only option was for delivery by mail. He tried to call the ticket office today, but no one answered.

Any ideas on what he should do?
