We are between the proverbial rock and a hard place. Our starting QB may have a shoulder that is bothersome. Our backup QB that won the Memphis game for us last year just suffered a season ending injury. His backup QB is a true freshman. To say that our OL has not "come together" is a huge understatement. Our RBs are still looking for a hole to run through. Our leading rusher is our injured QB. Our OC/Head Coach's play calling puts our offense in second and long to begin most series of downs. The entire team has not played a complete game that resembled the team that beat OU since the first few games of the season. The team has been decimated by injuries and only returned most of those players the last game. I am sure there is more to add but you get the picture.

To top this chaotic picture off our next opponent is the number three ranked University of Louisville Cardinals with their high flying Heisman contending QB Lamar Jackson. The Cards roll into town sporting a 9-1 record having only lost to the now 5th ranked Clemson team.

And get this: Louisville is the 6th ranked team in the country for total defense.

Louisville leads the nation in scoring at 49.6 points a game.

Louisville leads the nation in total offense. Big plays? Louisville leads the pack with 220 plays of 10+ yards or more. Momma!!! Sorry I digress.

CTH said his team trains for chaos. Yikes!

I hope it is not too early for a Christmas miracle. We might need one Thursday night.
