I put a futurecast pick in for Septs on Apr.7, he was a silent commit to the staff leading up to his public announcement on Friday. A huge first get for the staff for 2020. Septs chose Houston over other offers from Boston College, Missouri, Nebraska and Texas A&M. He was also on hand for Houston's Friday Night Lights.

Houston head coach Dana Holgorsen switched things up a bit opting to hold a "Friday Night Lights" open practice over a traditional spring game. The event featured several key visitors from the recruiting front.
