Maybe someone in the know like Myopic. What is the financial situation? I realize we're in the red, but does that preclude us from paying to get a quality coach here, not that some quality coaches couldn't be hired for less? Some posters think we'll go as high as 2 million; others feel we may not even match Levine's present salary, in part because of revenue loss, buyouts, etc. My semi-educated guess is that the truth is somewhere in the middle. I'm thinking that if we do make a move, we may go 200-300k over a million for a great hire but that we'd be more than happy (and will probably end up) with a pretty good candidate for 800-900k. Would love to hear informed opinions on this.
