Houston is using this week as their big week for recruiting visits. Most of the commits outside of Bowman Sells and Tyrie Cleveland will be on hand this week along with two additional non-committed prospects.

Here's the breakdown.

Commits

Pretty much everyone outside of the two mentioned above are scheduled to visit this weekend barring any late changes.

Bowman Sells: Sells is already enrolled and started classes this week and as previously reported he visited last weekend prior to enrolling.

Tyrie Cleveland: Cleveland is not scheduled to visit Houston for one of his five official visits. It could spell reason for concern for Houston, though one very logical explanation is he's been on campus already more times than he can probably remember and has pretty much seen everything he's going to see at Houston. So it's possible he could just be taking the visits to play out the recruiting process. I still haven't been able to get with Cleveland to get his thoughts on the process and exactly how committed he is, but we'll continue to reach out to him and hopefully have an update soon.

Non Commits

As of now the Cougars only have two non-commits scheduled for visits this weekend and both happen to be offensive linemen.

Logan Tuley-Tillman: Tillman is visiting Houston a little ahead of the weekend on Thursday for an unofficial visit. I know we've talked about Tillman before but he's a big prospect the staff would love to land and the phrase "plug and play" has been linked to the type of player the staff views Tillman as.

Austin Myers: The other player we've reported would visit Houston is current TCU commit Austin Myers. Myers is a pretty solid candidate for a late flip scenario. He's got a few teammates already on board for the #HTownTakeover if the staff and fellow recruits can woo him, he might provide another solid boost to an already outstanding Houston class.

Next Weekend

The Cougars will use next weekend as an emergency weekend for any late official visits that may arise or if any one that is currently scheduled needs to reschedule for whatever reason. As of this post there isn't anyone scheduled for next weekend but we'll certainly keep you in the loop if anything changes whether it be this week or next week.
