I heard tonight that Winchester is looking to be a grad transfer to a PAC12 school. He is graduating this spring and wants to get a masters not offered at UH. Whichever school he is looking at on the west coast offers the degree he wants. Can anyone confirm or add anything that might refute or support this input? The source is a very good one with direct access to the players. Thanks.
